Ordered gift basked and Balloons 1/30 for a 1/31 delivery for a recovering Uncle. As of 2/4, no word from company . Paid through Paypal and looking to recoup funds. This is a sham company - should have checked the reviews. Not sure how they are still a company.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was sick for same day delivery. The day after they should have been delivered I received an email saying they were not delivered and offering no explanation. They said they would be delivered four days after the order date. I was absolutely disgusted! My friend could have been dead by then. I canceled the order. A winter storm two days after the the date of the order prevented me from getting flowers for my friend at all. I would never recommend this company.

I had put in a $176 order two weeks ago for the company I work for, with very accurate specifications about delivery time and location. They were unable to delivery on the day I requested, and said that they would deliver it the next day. Since it was for a touring band, I said it was impossible to receive the flowers the next day. So, they told me to change the location and they would accommodate the request. So, I did. The following day ended up being an entire day wasted on phone calls where they put me on hold various times and for long periods of time. The representatives kept lying about when my flowers would get there. One said "a few minutes" another said "ASAP" and these calls were hours apart, and hours after the requested delivery time. After all was said and done, I never even received an email notifying me that the flowers couldn't be delivered. They never showed up. Nobody bothered to reach out to me. It took another lengthy call where I repeated all of my information to every person I spoke to, got put on hold various times, to then finally receive a refund and cancellation. Now, I have to keep an eye on the account to make sure it even went through. This is such a disgraceful company, they're most definitely a scam. Do yourself a favor and go with a Flower company that has better reviews.

Ordered flowers for our 33 anniversary to be delivered to my wife's place of employment, I was told it was undeliverable, that place is occupied from 6 am till 10 pm. They had my contact information, but no one contacted me, then I received an email saying they were delivered the next day at 11:30 am,I was home and they weren't delivered until early afternoon, sort of took the surprise out of it! This was not my first time using this service, but definitely the last! Very disappointed!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered a bouquet for my wife’s birthday. I tried going with the tulips since every florist says they aren’t readily available. I thought since they had them on their website they would be delivered. I was completely wrong… NOTHING was delivered and I have learned not to do business with this company ever again. I wish this was something that wasn’t real… such a bad experience!!!

Do yourself a favor and find an actual florist. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday and paid the additional cost for the Premium version. I wish I could include pictures with this review because I am embarrassed at what showed up on my mother's porch. It honestly looked as if I purchased the bouquet from my local grocery store. It was limp, paltry, had 3 roses, and was nowhere near what is advertised on the site. They get 2 stars for the quick response from customer service and a partial refund but I will never make the mistake of using this site again.

I made 2 orders to the same address one arrived the other didn't although they sent an email to say that it had. The recipient had an email to say it was coming and stayed in waiting. I asked for a refund but not even had a reply. I wish I had looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering, I would have used a different company.

Ordered a purple and white sheath with purple ribbon for my granddaughter funeral, got a stupid posie of mainly white lilies, with a white ribbon. This company should be reported to trading standards, the customer service is atrocious, they cut me off continuously. I am now going to Trading Standards myself and report them!
