DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt's birthday. They finally delivered 3 days late. They did send an email each day saying it would be the next day and seemed polite enough. But there was never a good explanation for delay. This just is not a serious company. I don't really trust them. I honestly thought I had been had. The stress and worry over the outcome of ordering is not worth it.

I paid $82 USD for a mini PINK orchid while ordered a double white orchid. I introduced a complaint and will see what's going to happen. In their section satisfaction guaranteed https://wwwDOTsendflowersDOTcom/guarantee.htm you can read this... "Plants • For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. • For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. • If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used." Why specifying the size and color when you do order?

Should of read the reviews of this place, horrible. Sent roses to wife’s work for our anniversary. Website said same day delivery between 9-5. Waited and waited for them to show up and at 5 my wife left work with no flowers leaving me to look like an idiot. At 5:04 someone from the office sent her a text saying there’s some flowers that just showed up at this point I called to get a refund because I was very unhappy and told they can’t do that because they showed up right on time. BS! They offered a partial refund but I’d rather warn people of this place than even get a refund. DONT USE THIS PLACE!

My gf never received anything after paying 80 dollars. totally scam company!!!!! Should be ashamed of itself. AVOID.

This is total scam!!! Do Not order from this site. The flowers arrangement was nothing to what I ordered. It was supposed to be a special moment and they totally ruined it.

My first purchase and they look wonderful ! Arrived as stated and the picture my niece sent was a vase of beautiful flowers.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend. They were delivered on time and she loved them! Our experience was problem free.
