DO NOT order flowers from Sendflowers.com. I ordered two Christmas centerpieces and they did not look like what was advertised on their website. Bait and switch business plan. They did offer me a $10 gift card that I can use anytime as compensation for over $100.00 worth of flowers. Tried to email them again asking for a reasonable compromise….all I got was “crickets” from them. I should have looked at all the horrible reviews before ordering from them.

I live in West Virginia. My friend in Gary Indiana moved into a new house. Her ‘welcome home’ bouquet is incredible. I will say it took several days for the flowers to be delivered - customer service told me they did not yet have a contracted florist in Gary. The final result is incredible. Thank you!

Day after day, a delivery was promised. Never happened.

Do not order from them. I placed an order on nye day for same day delivery and paid extra for same day delivery. No delivery on nys. No delivery ne t day. Ok, I get it, holidays. It's now Saturday night, several days post delivery and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. EVER

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered Christmas Eve. I used PayPal and now no transactions are showing in PayPal anymore, even though they state they refunded me. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered a Christmas arrangement Dec 6th to be delivered Dec 23rd. They never arrived. I was told a different arrangement would be sent out on the 24th after 10am. They had to change my order because they didnt have the supplies. Nothing. 2nd call they would arrive by 6pm. 3rd call by 7pm... still nothing. 4th call... now they will send them the 26th.... I cancelled the order. DO NOT USE SENDFLOWERS.COM
