I wish there was a less than one star rating I'm pretty sure that they hacked my f****** bank account and did nothing to appease me this place is nothing but a fraudulent company probably working for f****** China. I have grievances in and I have put blocks and everything everybody else needs to do the same this is not a legit place

One is too generous a rating.I ordered a simple balloon bouquet to be delivered and they happily took my money but couldn't deliver for days. Horrible!

I ordered flowers from sendflowers.com. I chose a flower arrangement with plants that were not toxic to cats. I paid the up charge and went to the medium bouquet Arrangement instead of the economy. I then get a notification later after the florist is closed, saying they don't have the plants I ordered in stock. My order was not delivered same day, like I was charged for. I called the sendflowers.com customer service and they promised me that someone would call me and send me a picture of what they were substituting before I approved it. That did not happen. When I tried to cancel my order they kept offering me a bigger discount. They took 30% off of the order, but didn't keep their promise for me to approve the plants. When I called today, they couldn't tell me what was substituted and they said they were not allowed to tell me what florist it was coming from. I said that I've already paid and once it's delivered I will know what florist delivered it. So I needed to speak to them now to make sure they didn't send toxic plants. They refused to give me the information. The flowers have been delivered, but it's in Sympathy for the death of my friend's husband. I didn't want to pass to her and tell her what a bad experience I had. So I'm waiting to hear from her that she received them. This was a total train wreck. I will never ever ever order from sendflowers.com again. I would advise you to only order from them if you don't care what kind of bouquet you get or how quickly they really deliver it. Personally, if I drop 70 bucks on flowers, I want some control over what's going to be sent. I don't care if I did get 30% off in the end. Run, don't walk, to your nearest florist locally. That way you're guaranteed the quality and exact specifications that you would like to send.

Horrible!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before in used this place!!! I’m reporting them to better business bureau. They need to be closed down!!!!!!!!!!!! Flowers looks nothing like what I ordered and they can care less. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They need to be boycotted.

The floral arrangement delivered didn't match the one I ordered. I selected and paid for the premium and still was pretty small. I don't recommend the website.

The worse possible delivery service I have ever used. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address twice (left at the front door.) I called them everyday for 5 days checking the status as this was supposed to be for my sister in law when she brought home the new baby. They tried offering me 10% off and redelivering again for the 3rd time. NO THANK YOU!!! Why would you ask for the recipients contact information if you’re not going to use it? Waste of my time and ruined a nice surprise. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Ruined my surprise. Was not requested to be delivered until 2/27. I got a message from the recipient that she received them 1/21. You all just ruined very special surprise and when I reached out your staff just said we will send them again. ITS TOO LATE YOUVE RUINED THE SURPRISE!!! I will never order from this site again. This was a recognition of something that only happens once in a lifetime and your company killed it. I’m so not satisfied

The BEE WELL SOON ( YELLOW VASE) with flowers I sent my niece ro hospital, was substituted for a CHEAP glass vase. Showed daisies in bouquet, but there were none and no bees among flowers!! Extremely disappointed and will NOT order from here again, unless you make it right!!! 💔😪
