Very disappointed! I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day! They were ordered 2 weeks before..When they didn’t arrive by 5pm I call the 800 number and waited for 20 minutes before someone answered! I was told the flowers were on their way but they would give me a 10% discount for my inconvenience! The flowers never arrived! I sent them emails at 6 o’clock and 7 o’clock then an email telling them I want to total refund and cancel the order! I will never use the service again and will double check ratings of other services from now on! It’s best just to use local florists directly!

I ordered a candy basket for my grandson who was sick. I ordered it at noon for same day. I got an email at 3 saying it couldn't be delivered that day but they would refund the same day charge and it would be delivered the next day. I hot an email notification at 2:53 that it had been delivered at 2:49. I called my daughter and she said no delivery. I talked to her again around 4, still no delivery. I called SendFlowers who said they would check with the local florist. When I asked for the name so I could contact them, they said they couldn't give it to me but would let me know what they found out. I got a call from my daughter at 5:19 saying it had been delivered. NOTHING like what I ordered. SendFlowers offered me a 25% discount (so much for 100%satisfaction guarantee). Of course, it was a credit on my next order but expired in less than a week from my order. It’s a shame you have to leave a minimum of 1 star. Happy to take your money, but unable to fulfil the order. Order placed a week before required, for an Aunt’s birthday , we’re in UK she’s in USA. 16:30 US time in day of delivery email me to say they cannot fulfil the order!!!! I send flowers every year and now looks like I don’t care/forgotten. Have used previous Floral websites and never had an issue. Won’t be using again.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I will never use this service again. They promised same day delivery, excepted my order, took my money and several hours later sent me an email saying my delivery was rescheduled for 2 days later. They graciously refunded my same day delivery charge. Problem is, my sister will be out of the hospital before the flowers get there. After a lengthy hold, I was "approved " for a full refund in 1-3 business days of course.

Ordered flowers to be delivered same day...that was last Thursday January 2nd...to day is Tuesday the 7th and still no delivery...every day they say for sure tomorrow....I am pretty sure they just took my money and there is no florist. They blame the florist every time when I have actually caught the in lies and avoiding my direct questions. The offered a small credit back to card, which I doubt I will see. These were sympathy flowers. Customer service, although nice....waste your time, put you on hold and give generic run around answers to questions. Update... flowers were never delivered

I NEVER write negative reviews. I bought a bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday. First of all the price somehow magically changed from $50-ish in the cart to $84.83 during the checkout. Fine, I didn't care about the money, I just wanted to get a nice bouquet. It came in a butt-shaped vase with a bunch of half-dried roses that were cut less than a foot long. It looked CHEAP. Like, you forgot your wife's birthday and bought it from a random guy who approached your car at a stop sign cheap. What a horrible, horrible service. STAY AWAY

I ordered a beautiful rose, lilly and pine cine Christmas centerpiece; I even paid more for the deluxe to get more flowers.I received a centerpiece piece mostly white pine and carnations. There was supp6to be zero carnations, I mean I paid 70 so I expected to get something like I ordered. So I contacted the company thinking they sent the wrong flowers. I received an automated response about the florist changing the flower choice based on season and the gave me $10gift certificate. This was a completely different arrangement missing 2 of the items (pine cones and the green pointsenas), 2 items that should be in stock!! Plus more carnations than any flower and there were very few flowers. If you do order from them. Be smart buy only the florist design basic because that is what you will receive.
