My Go-to for Press Release Distribution
The submission process is straightforward thanks to the very detailed information, instructions, and examples provided on the website. And Chris was incredibly responsive, thorough, and informative throughout the process. Very happy with the service!

I found Send2Press quick and easy to use. I liked everything about it…but, I wish they would have an easier way to follow up on placement for reporting purposes. I understand it’s a secondary charge, but for smaller clients it’s an additional expense.

Thanks for the feedback. Our 'budget' plans are offered at reduced cost to allow folks with limited budget to take advantage of all the great things we do, but much like LITE MAYO we have to remove some eggs to have a lower price. Because a staffer has to actually create custom searches, capture clips, and some other data in our normal report dashboard, the limited budget plans would cost more for that time and effort, hence the 'self serve' reporting. The $20 option to have us do the report is still very cost effective, if needed when choosing the budget plans. :-) Glad you were happy otherwise :-) -- Chris S.

Got the job done
Got the job done! Instructions were clear, got good communication from S2P's side (if a little too much). Brought in the extra wave of customers that I was looking for!

The nonprofit I work for was looking for a trusted press release distribution service to assist us in getting the word out about a big project we'd been working on. Chris and the team at Send2Press were so communicative and helpful throughout the process!

A pleasurable experience
I enjoyed working with Send2Press. Their staff go out of their way to make sure your press release represents your company. They make suggestions as to what works and what doesn’t. Chris really cares about his clients and verifies that nothing has been overlooked. And Liisa is a great writer whose newsletters are precise. I highly recommend them.

Very attentive
Seems like a great PR firm. We did see a slight increase in traffic to our website after publishing a national release.
