Wow. We provided all the services the client ordered, and made it clear over the phone we have no control over how Google may "reindex" old news when she asked if her old news would again come up to top of search results as happened 2 years ago (Google changes algorithms frequently outside our control) This client is concerned about SEO but their website is not even https, which I advsied about as courtesy. There is no guarantee old news will come to the top again -- this is not something we advertise as part of our service offering AND NEVER HAVE. We also extended a $160 discount to the client as a courtesy, and still a bad review, because her release was too long and incurred extra fees which we absorbed? Wow. We will not work with this rude client ever again. TO BE CLEAR: WE PROVIDED *ALL* SERVICES INCLUDED WITH THE PLAN-PACKAGE PURCHASED. CLIENT HAD/HAS UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS OF SOME OUTCOME NOT ADVERTISED OR PROMISED BUT WHICH HAPPENED IN PAST ON PROJECT OVER TWO YEARS AGO. Dishonest liar and not a customer. This person submitted some crackpot news item about being on the run for 30 years out of the country, son of the Godfather (?), getting passport from singer Pat Boone and help from VP Al Gore (?!), being chased by the FBI, claimed he was shot at, and other nonsense in two paragraph rant that was clearly not a proper press release per our acceptable content policy. We immediately cancelled the spurious bizarro fake news project and immediately provided full refund via STRIPE (proof on file). Now this person claiming we stole his money, when refunded same day. Not stable or credible individual in any way, and clearly if you review our other actual client feedback, it's clear this person is in no way a real customer nor is his rating representative of our actual service and integrity. -- Chris S.

Sadly, this person contacted us to promote fake news and an effort to surge the capitol and remove the President. Not a customer, only inquired about our service, where our Terms of Service clearly say we don't accept political news attacking any political figure, or making false statements. "Alternative facts" are not free speech, and we are not obligated to accept false information. We turned down this client's project, which is our right to not accept content that legitimate media will not accept. It's sad that those who fall back on their free speech being curtailed don't understand that no business is required to help them spread their mis-information for any amount of money. Avoid any interaction with this Karen contingent if you can. And yes, they used a company without the same requirements for honesty and accuracy that we have had for the past 35 years doing PR. As the only negative review on our BBB page in 27 years, we really don't need to defend our quality of service from a bad apple. :)
