These cases are great when new but the belt clip separates from the phone pouch at the top. So I have to buy a new one. Good for Sena but annoying , as when new the cases are the best available belt attached cases, but they need to redesign the clip to work for the life of the case

This case has a better pocket design. The important difference is that the pocket for credit cards is diagonally slanted so that you can easily pull the cards out when you need them; yet they stay secure when you replace your cards in the pocket. I bought a few other cases that held the cards in the pocket so maddeningly tight that I could not pull my credit card out when I needed it. Very embarrassing at a check-out counter! SENA was the only brand I found with this diagonal pocket design. It is is simple, elegant, and a more user-friendly design.

I have purchased 3 different Sena cases and highly recommended your cases to fellow admirers. Unfortunately, with my most recent purchase for my new iPhone 11pro, I added my usual cards and within the day, my plastic enclosure for the drivers' license had buckled. Although your customer service was prompt in their reply, they suggested that I had used too many cards. They then advised me that they would "allow" me a ONE time return - of course I would have to pay for the shipping return. It was not a good experience, sadly and I have yet to return my Send case, even with it buckled.
