Don’t like the big buttons sticking out of the case.

I'm having trouble getting a refund from this company. I have sent the item back and they sent an email stating they received the item and still they give me the runaround and not getting a refund. Please don't purchase from this company until you read all the reviews. Good Luck.

I used to love these cases, but the design for the iPhone 11 is not so great. I don't like the metal buttons for on/off and volume. they are metal and get stuck on clothes. On prior models I've had, there was just a slot for the phone buttons themselves to be accessible.

Takes forever to get your order. I ordered it weeks ago and have still not received it. I may never get it. Customer service was rude and not helpful.

They respond quickly and find solutions to your problems. Very nice service

So far everything is top notch. I can give it 5 stars if it holds up well, but otherwise, would definitely recommend this product for folks who want Apple quality accessories. I am picky and this is an exceptional case. It is not going to be for those who want supreme protection, but is high quality for those who don't want the bulk and understand that. Good job SENA Cases. I didn't even know you were out there, but will let folks know now.
