I bought a new iPhone 11 Pro Max and ordered a leather case from Sena. I ended up ordering the wrong case, had to return it and order the one I really wanted. New case arrived today and is very good. Price was discounted so it was even better! The customer service person I dealt with to return the original case was polite and helpful. I would recommend Sena to people who are looking for a good iPhone case at a fair price.

They were running a great discount on product and shipping. It cost slightly more to express ship. I prefer sena cases over all others I have used because of their quality. Only wish they had a case that snaps, and can also stand to view videos etc. for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I like what I have but that would have made this an excellent purchase. Also their 2 day shipping if ordered on Wednesday or Thursday won’t get there until Monday.

I had a Sena wallet style case for many years and loved it. Was what I needed because it had spots for cards and cash along with my phone. Customer service was awesome trying to help me find a replacement after the original wore out.

Cases are nice but don't trust their Warranty. My cases was 8 months old when it started to split. No useful support. They suggested I buy my own new case from their Amazon store.
