I didn’t know what to do with my old cell phone. I wanted to get rid of it as it had water damage, a cracked screen, and didn’t turn on but I also knew it could be refurbished. Luckily I found Sell That Cell through google search. I filled out a quick description about my phone and received a free shipping label to send it off. This company was responsive and efficient and I was very thrilled to be paid for my old piece of junk. Overall, 10/10 experience!

Their used phone condition categories were way more detailed than other websites. My phone was in "like new" condition cosmetically, it just was just broken in that it wouldn't turn on anymore. All other websites offered me next to nothing because it automatically classified it as the lowest condition same as a completely smashed phone. The process of selling the phone was very easy. Shipping (and returns if necessary) were paid for and I received the offer, plus a bonus for sending it in quickly, within a couple days of my package arriving. Overall, great experience and I would definitely use this company again for selling any future used phones should the need arise.
