I had an issue where I left some info on my phone and was so thankful that the person assisting me was very attentive, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation. They solved my issue with the phone quickly and sent me the money I received from turning that phone in. I’m very happy with my experience with this service and if in the future I would like to trade in another phone I will definitely be using this service again.
