I received an email to accept or decline , could not have been easier , I was very impressed at the service , will recommend to others

The entire process was easy. I gave them information about the phone and received a quote quickly. They emailed a return address to print. I dropped it off at the post office. A couple of days after they received it, I was notified that they were accepting the phone at the previously agreed price. The amount was deposited into my PayPal account.
