Thanks for the feedback Sarah! I promise we're not trying to scam anyone out of $6 though. It's definitely not worth ruining our reputation over such a trivial amount, we've just been a little overwhelmed this week with orders. I think I had the PayPal window open in a separate window last night and forgot to click the submit button at the bottom before sending the order completion email. We did send your payment within 15 minutes of you reaching out this morning. Will definitely make sure to double check before sending out the order completion emails though. Thanks again for your business!

Gerard, thanks for the feedback, sorry our service wasn't up to your standards. Judging by the fact that your package took 8 days bouncing around from Maine to New Hampshire to Massachusetts before finally making it's way to Texas, it appears the post office missent your package and it took longer than the usual 2-4 business days to reach us. Unfortunately, that's outside of our control. Your tracking number was available and you could have checked it on the USPS website at any time for updates. We checked our inbox, deleted folder, and spam folder and you never contacted us regarding this order. We also include a phone number on your order confirmation page and packing slip that you could have used to reach out to us. Sorry again that you were disappointed, but two weeks is definitely not a typical transit time for these orders.
