The person I talked to was very nice and helped me troubleshoot my device.

Carder was such a huge help! I sold a pair of Apple AirPod Maxes to Sell that Cell since they were no longer connecting to my phone. We had a little trouble with the device not being linked to anyone’s iCloud, but not allowing them to update so we could complete the exchange. I sent over two Target receipts for the item (one from my app and a more detailed invoice I requested from Target support) and Carder was kind enough to take the AirPod’s to the Apple Store to see if we could figure things out. I spoke with the associate at the Apple Store and by the end of the night everything was all figured out. I would rate my experience a 10/10 for the support, great communication and Carder going the extra mile! I will definitely be using Sell that Cell again the next time I have an old device to sell!
