Response from Sell My Cell PhonesDec 31, 2015

Dear Mr Thibault, I am very sorry to hear that you saw a differing price on our website. Our system updates prices every 24 hours and we work hard to ensure that prices are consistent and accurate. Cases such as this are extremely rare. Over the holiday period, which is a big time for buying and selling cell phones, prices can change quickly, either increasing or decreasing. There was no intention to be deceptive. Showing inflated prices is not something that we ever wish to do as it leads to unhappy customers, buyers and negative reviews. Unfortunately, we have no control over prices on offer from buyers, we just aim to display a fair comparison. Obviously, you are under no obligation to accept the lower offer, if you wish to cancel the order please email me at [email protected] and I shall cancel this with the buyer. Apologies and kind regards Niamh Customer Support
