Absolutely shocked that this is Amazon service for business!
After all the hurdles with setting up, log ins etc that everybody goes through and after finally succeeding in passing endless product mapping requirement Amazon has listed our Dog Harnesses with photos of Human Clothes.
I have contacted them regarding the issue with photos showing it. I was asked to send new photos but directly from our account which i duly did. Response from Amazon was that they didn't receive the information they need and are closing my case.
I am truly shocked by the poor or more accurately said lack of service and the fact that they make you struggle so much only to disrespectfully present your products with completely different photos and couldn't even be bothered to sort this out!

The only thing you can be certain of is…
The only thing you can be certain of is that, no matter how many compliance procedures you have already passed, Amazon may initiate a new verification process at any time. You can also be absolutely certain that if you want to change the product images in your listing, you will first need to wait 24 hours while the system decides whether your new image is better than the one currently in the catalog. Even if your image is clearly superior, the system may still reject it. If that happens, you have to contact Seller Support, explain the issue to a representative, and wait another 24 hours. Only if support successfully intervenes ill your own image finally appear on the listing for your own product. In short, even if you can prove that you own the brand or have official distribution rights, you still face an almost complete inability to edit your own product listings. Endless conversations with Seller Support are simply part of the process.

Dismal customer support.…
For a company that enjoys huge international success it is hard to believe that the customer 'service' is so abysmal. My acount was , seemingly, inactive and it shoukld be a breze to reactivate but then I am told my credit card is invalis.(IT IS NOT) .Contacted the team and I was tols it would be resolved within 48 hours. Four days later no progress and a buyer is awaiting a book.Frustration does not cover it.

A Haven for Buyer Fraud and Zero Seller Protection
As a seller on Amazon, I have repeatedly encountered blatant fraud from buyers—especially in France—with zero support from Amazon’s Seller Central. Buyers purchase high-value items (worth hundreds of euros), only to return completely different, cheap, or empty packages (e.g., a rock, a used counterfeit, or an empty box). Despite providing photo/video evidence, tracking proofs, and signed delivery confirmations, Amazon automatically sides with the buyer, forcing sellers to absorb the loss of both the product and the revenue.
Even worse, Amazon ignores proof of delivery. In multiple cases, I’ve submitted signed POD (Proof of Delivery) documents from carriers, yet Amazon still refunds the buyer, claiming the package was "never delivered." This is not just a flaw in their system—it’s a complete failure to protect honest sellers from scammers.
Key Issues:
Return Fraud – Buyers return fake or unrelated items, and Amazon refuses to act on evidence.
Unjust Refunds – Amazon cancels payments even with signed delivery proof.
No Seller Support – Customer service is unresponsive, slow, and biased toward buyers.
Financial Losses – Sellers lose money, inventory, and trust in a platform that enables fraud.
What Amazon Should Do:
Verify Returns – Check if returned items match what was originally shipped.
Review Evidence Properly – Stop ignoring photos, videos, and signed delivery confirmations.
Penalize Fraudsters – Ban repeat offenders who exploit the system.
Support Sellers – Stop the automatic buyer bias and allow fair dispute resolution.
Final Verdict:
If you’re a seller who values fairness and protection, avoid Amazon Seller Central. The platform rewards fraudulent buyers while punishing honest sellers with financial losses and endless bureaucracy. Do not recommend unless you enjoy losing money and sanity.

The worst company for a business to be…
The worst company for a business to be apart of! You’d rather be poor and have no business than work with Amazon! Constant anxiety of being deactivated or suspended for no reason whatsoever and zero support or understanding from their Customer service! Save your self and just stop now!

The amount of money they charge is…
The amount of money they charge is unbelievable, but on the top this company is a tiff!
Toke me about a year to get my money from Europe sale.
Then they start to charge pay on behalf and I stop selling outside of UK.
6 months later, today they charged me 30.49 euro for Amazon Spain and I don’t sale in Spain anymore. Another charge is on the way for next week for the some amount!
Contacted them on the phone and after they explain that I need to write to another department the connection was broken…
Please sellers let’s get together and have a court case against this tiff!
If they don’t refund me in full I am closing my acount in Amazon!
I had enough!
0 support for sellers and huge commission for Amazon…
No wonder why so many sellers stop selling on Amazon

I am writing this to warn other UK…
I am writing this to warn other UK small business owners. I signed up to sell my brand, ModYu, and despite having a fully approved UK Trademark, I have spent over a month trapped in a technical "loop" that Amazon support seems unable or unwilling to fix.
Despite being a UK-only seller, Amazon’s system constantly redirected me to Italian and US portals. I have been stuck with a "Limited Access" status and an endless message saying they are "processing information" for weeks.
The most frustrating part is the "Marketplace Verification" loop. Even though my HSBC Business bank account was successfully verified, the system demanded I verify credit cards for nine different European countries I never asked to sell in. Because their system couldn't handle a standard UK business debit card for an Italian "ping," they locked my entire account and the Brand Registry tools I paid for.
I have spent dozens of hours troubleshooting, providing my Merchant Token (AD6B9WB3Y4VV0) to various "support" agents, and getting nowhere. I have now officially requested a full refund of my £30 subscription fee and the closure of my account.
Amazon is happy to take your money, but their "unified" global system is a broken mess for UK startups. Save your time and your sanity—look elsewhere.
