Horrible to deal with
Horrible to deal with! They will quote you for a good price slightly above the other guys, but then its time to buy it they will switch it. I went to other companies and they stuck to the original quote for the exact same price. This company is not worth dealing with! They will rip you off. Save your self time and frustration! Avoid this company like the plaque

Thank you for your feedback! You selected "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss the device condition, and have the device returned. Our Inspection Department found the following issues with your device: No operating system present (You selected 'Yes' to functionality which clearly states that an OS is installed. If you hover over 'No' it states the OS is missing, which you should have selected). Palmrest is worn/Keyboard is worn (You selected 'Flawless', but should have selected 'Good'.) The accessories, such as the battery, were unable to be tested, as the system had no OS. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of this device, the final quote was appropriate.
