They take almost every cellphone, not just iPhones like their competitors do. The process is easy and the webpage is super user-friendly. I totally recommend them.

Sent them a new machine to test the system since I work in IT and this could be useful. Quoted at 703 for a 1k machine, reasonable for used status after trade in, but they marked down the quote to 400 because the battery wasn't fully charged... stay away from these ! They quote to get the machines in the door. Still waiting on getting the test laptop back. Canceled all of my other orders. They are now requiring me to provide a return shipping label before I can get the machine back. What a racket.

Our inspections department reports you have no orders that match the description you have provided with the Reference Number you submitted with this review. We have only received one device from you on November 26th, for a device with an original quote of $163, and a revised quote of $55. This adjustment was due to damages and battery quality, which was all updated to that order with photos. This item has a Reference Number totally different than what you have provided to us. This item can be returned to you, as you selected "Contact Me" at check out. Please message us through the Member's Area of the order. At this point, we do not understand what you are referring to in the review itself. Please contact us with more information, such as the correct Reference Number, through our customer service email [email protected].

By far the best price I found for my iMac after a month of searching other sites. I don't know how I didn't find this site earlier. Looking forward to my check in the mail. Thank you.
