Dishonest people-quoted $145 but then only wanted to give me $36 for a 2 year old fully functional touch screen laptop. They list every day wear as defects to justify their scam. I returned the payment and asked for my computer back-they either ignore or copy the same initial email over and over. I even offered to pay the postage for them to return it to me but they are just ignoring. No business phone number, you can only message from your profile on their website. The fact they have no phone listed should tell you all you need to know. If you have been taken advantage of too-file a complaint with FTC, attorney general. BBB. I certainly will be.

Their site is so easy to use and shipping them my phone was a breeze! I'm going to dig through my closet to find out what other electronics I can send their way to get money! Plus I feel like I'm saving the planet by not just throwing away old stuff!

Offered me $5 for a device that they originally quoted me for $54. The agent was very unprofessional. They told me they could send back the item but I'd have to pay the shipping which was more than they quoted me for. RIDICULOUS! Will never use again and will not recommend to others. 0 stars for this GOD AWFUL SO CALLED COMPANY!

I honestly didn’t think I would get money for my laptops with both of them being 6+ years old. After searching on many websites, including some that didn’t even recognize the models I had, I FINALLY found sellagadget! It wasn’t much but it was more than I had expected! Super easy to use.
