TURN AWAY!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
After working with this company called SELLAGADGET I would never sell them anything again and if anyone ever asked me about them I would steer friends and family away, notice I didn’t say anything about enemies. I sold this company a two-year-old XPS 13, i5, 8gb Ram, 256gb storage. When I first offered to sell the computer they worked up a quote which read $398. Somewhere on this business called SELLAGADGET’s intro page there is a place where you check a box to highlight a choice, something that reads like “accept final offer”. It means just that. You do not get to debate the amount of money they will give you after they receive you device and you cannot get the device back. So in my case where I assumed good-faith practices with this company SELLAGADGET existed, I imagined that the most I would get knocked off the computer was $100. Boy was I wrong. This company SELLAGADGET advertised $398, but at the end of the day, they claimed during an analysis of the solid state hard drive that they discovered corruption, chips on the surface of the body of the computer and even docked me for an alleged diminished capacity in the laptop’s battery. Allegedly it was only at 80% capacity. Last I checked batteries are replaceable and not expensive but if that were true, that means this computer lost 20% of its capacity in two years. And if that were true, I was unable to tell the difference as the laptop would easily run over ten hours on a single charge, which was the advertised amount of time Dell claims for this particular device. After hearing all their discrepancies they reported, I figured they should give it back, because I knew it worked great and anyone would love to have this computer, I just didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to find a buyer. This service SELLAGADGET seemed quick and easy which was why I did it in the first place. Unfortunately, I apparently did not read the fine print that states, “if you checked the box, no return upon completion of sale.” What did I get for my trouble for driving to the post office and turning in a two-year old computer that worked perfectly fine, was the one of the best-selling and top-rated of 2017/2018? A whopping $20, not even a full tank of gas. It barely covered the delivery receipt I requested for my laptop’s arrival. I bought the delivery receipt because I wanted to make sure no one misplaced or stole my valuable property in transit, not knowing I was actually mailing it to the thieves. Who could have anticipated that they would give me a final offer that was 1900% below the original quote ($398 to $20)? No one could, which is why I would never recommend this company SELLAGADGET’s services. This deal they have made with me is like you trying to sell a $25,000 car and receive only $1250. Do you slash the deal to nothing because the tires have low tread? But wait, guess how much this company made off of the deal? 4000% (from -$20 to $798)!!! So now they are making $45,000 to $50,000 off that same car they paid you $1250 for, right? That is not a typo! As I have seen on websites like amazon, they will sell this “refurbished” laptop for $798. Does this seem right to you? This company offered me a high bid, got my property, reported a bunch of unverifiable negative conditions, then slashed my refund to nothing. That is the potential of dealing with this company. Any company that is willing to leave such a taste in anyone’s mouth over the transaction without any recourse from the seller is not a company I or anyone I know should ever deal with. If they had bargained with me at the bidding price they advertised, they still would have made a lot of money.

Thank you for your feedback! You selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the LOW to HIGH range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. Our Inspection Department found/pictured the following issues with your device: https://imgur.com/a/otc4OpK We found it to have some cosmetic damages along with a corrupt Operating System, Hard Drive Disk Failure, and battery failing to hold 80% of it's max mAh rating. To be as transparent as we can here your offer was only reduced because the condition of which it was inspected did not match how the item was represented when obtaining the online quote. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.
