Self Storage 1Reviews of selfstorage1.com

The office staff is congenial and very helpful. All of the units are temp controlled so no worries regarding wood furniture stores a long time. One enhancement I would add to that location is to have each of the elevators on each of the floors to have a keypad. That way if you have clients like me who have units on two different floors, that would not require us to go all the way down to the first floor to put in the code for the second unit then to go back Up to the second floor.

The facility and staff are awesome. no complaints other than wishing you were open later.

I had an issue and Paul, the staff manager, called me and helped me out immediately! Great customer service!

I really appreciated the staff at Self Storage 1. They were refreshingly cooperative and helpful.

I rented here for about 3 months and they were great, also the customer service was excellent

I love the facilities , Nice safe quiet place , The new price increase is too much , Nice place though , I do recommend it , is pricey .

The constant rate increases were outrageous to the point of having to switch to a different size storage. Other then that it was always clean and never worried about insects
