They raised my rent from 69 to 88 dollars over 25% after 5 months. I will never recommend them or do business with them again.

They give you a decent rate in the beginning then jack it up every 4 months 25% these are the worst type of criminals. As they know it cost a lot to then move out and go elsewhere.

Horrible service, even worse management, lies to customers, has archaic systems, overcharges every chance they get. Would never use them if they were the Only storage company.

Facility was inaccessible during contacted hours (24 hours facility). Unable to make contact with manager. Call center unable to access manager. I needed to retrieve my items in order to make my scheduled move into a new condo building. The issue was never resolved and I missed my move, which caused me to personally occur approximately $1000 in fees rescheduling the move.
