Self Storage 1Reviews of selfstorage1.com

Nice clean location and friendly staff that remembers your name. 5 Stars all around. Nikko

Wonderful staff, clean facility, and in a great part of Houston.

Paul and the other employees are true professionals.

We had to find a place to store our daughter’s items from college until she starts her new job. I called 4 different storage facilities and asked them a series of questions. I spoke with each facility several times. Every conversation I had with Self Storage 1 was very friendly, and customer focused, I spoke with two different people at Self Storage and received the same service from each person. I wasn’t sure what to do when we arrived. An employee came down looked at our van & car full of items and told us we needed a smaller size than originally planned. We went to the office to fill out paperwork, purchased a lock there. We were shown our unit, and we quickly transferred my daughter’s belongings using the many carts they have onsite. It was quick, easy and I feel her things are safe and I am not worried about the security of Self Storage 1. I highly recommend this storage facility. They also had the best prices of the 4 storage facilities I compared. Thank you Self Storage 1!

I like that I can use carts during access hours when the office is not staffed. Other facilities I have used lock up the carts during off hours.

Excellent professional and friendly customer service. Clean, safe, and easily accessible location, with competitive pricing for the Bay area. Would definitely store my personal belongings here again!

Great customer service and a great facility has kept me here for over 2 years.

Great company. Excellent facility and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
