The space is great but hike in rent…
The space is great but hike in rent adter 6 months by more than 25% is ridiculous!

Service and employees are great
Service and employees are great, but not being able to pay only the pass due amount to catch up is dumb.

Good place but raising rent not long after moving in.
Thought the rent was reasonable but raising by $50/month not long after moving all our stuff in. Probably will look to move out some where else.

Here's the deal
Here's the deal. They get you in for cheap and then keep hiking the rates until you leave. I went from $90 to $145 to $180 in 15 months?... What's maddening is that I called them and they had available units of the same size for $90... I'm sure it's the same with every place, but they finally forced me out...

Storage Facility Nice-Price Hikes Were Excessive
The facilities were clean, accessible and secure. The staff was always helpful however the price went up significantly over the 2 years I used the space. I think the cost outweighed the value in the end.

Cost
The rental raise in January is making the rental un-affordable. I'll be vacating the unit asap.
