Rented space for 2.5 years. This place is GREAT! Made changes in budget, so I moved everything out; BUT the quality of storage was worth my time there. Great security (limiting access hours; make sure you exit in time!), convenient moving carts stored in orderly manner, climate-controlled space (my VHS tapes survived perfectly fine!), cleanliness (shiny clean bathroom sink; always clean hallways; lights always working), fun music piped in (that I inevitably sang along with!), and conscientiousness of staff: manager Isela, asst. mgr Sonia, and Robert. Always responsive, helpful, courteous, and willing to work with you. If it didn't cost anything to rent, I'd keep stuff there way longer. LOL. Thanks, Team, for taking GREAT care of my stuff over the years!

I love this place. I would pick to use Self Storage 1 over and over again. The employees are friendly professional and always seem happy to help or answer questions. Everything is clean and easily accessible, even the bathrooms and dumpsters! Great place to have a storage unit.

I highly recommend storing at Self Storage 1 on Richmond in Houston, Texas. I have been a client there for many years. Abel (the manager) and his assistant are very helpful, professional, responsible and caring. Both of those team members are assets to the overall organization. They are the main reason I continue to do business and store my belongings there. I recommend them and this facility without reservation.

Self Storage 1 did an excellent job storing my mother’s items. She rented a storage space from Self Storage 1 for four years. All of her items were well kept. The facility is well maintained, clean and secured. There is always a manager, Paul, onsite. And the front desk staff, Carmen, is always very helpful. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Check it out for yourself!
