Self Storage 1Reviews of selfstorage1.com

Colin is the best! Excellent customer service!

If I ever need storage again, I will be back here again! Place is clean and their security is great, leaving you at ease knowing your belongings are safe.

I was able to pare down my storage and the team at Storage One helped get a smaller unit at a fair price on the same floor.

Clean, well-lit, accessible, and well-managed storage facility.

Great, helpful staff. Building is always well maintained, and they send emails to advise you when there is an issue with, say, the elevator. Definitely appreciated the time I utilized the facility.

I needed a storage place for a short time. Self storage was understanding of my needs. When it was time to remove my stuff, they did not pressure me into staying, and even refunding the partial monthly payment back. Excellent service. VERY friendly staff. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Professional & very helpful staff. Clean facility. Conveniently located off of highway 101 in San Francisco. Reasonably priced.

Excellent high-end facility. The security, cleanliness, safety and size of units met all my requirements and even went above. They had great customer service, easy accessibility to all amenities the building offered, and they were very accommodating at all times. This storage facility is an absolute 5 star!
