Continued to charge me after I correctly ended my contract.

Too many issues with the elevator. Ritually every week. Too many price increases. Insulting letters stating the price increase - pure greed.

The rates have tripled in less than a decade of occupying the same storage unit. They know it's inconvenient to switch storage units companies oh, so my rate is now double the rate for a new occupant who takes a storage unit exactly the same size. What a rip off.

Your rates are over priced and your elevator is constantly out of operation with no compensation to your customers. If it wasn't so hard to move, I'd move in a second. A very dissatisfied customer.

The employees and Collin arent on the same page. Also it took Collin over a week and still never returned my call. Horrible customer service.

I do not recommend this place to anyone they are a liar, the prices they put when you have your unit at 3 or 4 months they will raise the rent to whatever they want; and they will control the days and time outside the established time to enter and leave this place. In this place the client is not right and they are liars, so I do not recommend this place to anyone

The fee increases monthly and what started as reasonable and overpriced. And they always say there’s no smaller units
