Excellent customer service
I hadn't used a storage unit since probably 5 years ago, and I was dreading the process ahead. I found the offer online to be very competitive for San Francisco so I continued to be skeptical, but Paul and team were extremely transparent, friendly, and professional throughout the process. I received a call to confirm all the details, and was told about the referral bonus I would get for having my roommate also get a unit (Waived the $25 sign-up fee, which was reasonable to begin with). I would not have know about this otherwise! Additionally, he let me know the details about using the free truck, which proved useful as well. Overall 5+ star experience, with employees who take pride in providing the best customer service possible.
