Storage was good but was told can use the truck for moving in and moving out and when wanting to use it to move out they said no. Very disappointing and will not use them again.

I’ve stored here for years now and I do appreciate that it is more reasonably priced than other storage facilities. However I feel like the facilities are not kept up very well or it takes way longer than it should to fix issues. The lights by my unit were not operational for months (thankfully after bringing it up three times it’s fixed), and elevators have been out a couple times, and generally speaking are scary and dimly lit. Also, there have been several times when I arrive and there’s someone taking up both spaces in the double spot in the garage by parking their car right in the middle. I would understand if that was after hours when there isn’t someone in the office. However I feel like the office staff should do more to monitor this and ask people to move. Or perhaps re-paint the lines on the ground?

Had many issues with them. Once in a blue moon I’ll get a good working customer service rep. That’s only if I can get thru to their main office.

I never used the storage unit that I rented. I reserved and paid for it based on the expectation I was going to need it. I did not need it. You charged me the full month plus deposit for a thing I never used. While I did expect this to happen, the professional thing to do is to refund the money. You did not. I expect this from Uhaul and Penske. I did not expect this from you.

The storage is pretty nice, but my storage got automatically cancelled right after I took my lock with me. It would be nice if I can get a notice or a text before hand.

A main drawback to this location is parking and sometimes it's difficult to get in your storage facility if it's been left for a while
