I was looking tan extended warranty for my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado because my mileage just passed 100,000 miles. There were several companies online so I asked my dealer service manager which he would choose. He rejected the most publicized one and said they had good experience with Select Auto Protect. I called the number listed online and got Russell Walker. He patiently explained the coverages and prices. Russell offered just what I needed and I purchased a warranty while talking on the phone. In the next few days, my daughter, son, and grandson each bought warranties from Russell. We are all thankful for his help and glad to have the coverage.

John was extremely helpful and quick with his response; he also called me to follow up to inform me of the what was covered and what was not. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Thank you Roger for being the most reliable agent I can ask for, from claims rates and always a call away from any of my questions!

Russel Walker was professional, respectful, polite, very helpful. I spoke to representatives from three companies and chose yours because of the way Russel responded and helped me.

Overall I’m happy with my Rep Roger for going the extra miles getting back in contact with me when I needed any answer or understanding about my extended warranty.

Everything thing was great; price, coverage, etc. until I tried to file a claim. The radio head unit and driver's side window button stopped working at the same time (lightning, power surge?) When I called to file the claim (they weren't covered items anyway) the rep, Matt, accused me of fraud. Saying it was like that before I bought the plan, just because of the timing of the claim. It was around 6-weeks and 5,000 miles after I bought the coverage that this happened. I think there is a 30 day and so many mile wait period. I mean 5,000 later? If it was already broken, I would have filed the claim as soon as I was able to. However, I didn't need to until I did, then he directly accused me of fraud just because it was soon after the plan was effective. That was the soul reason he basically called me a liar, a fraud, simply because I tried to file a claim to soon for his liking. I saw poor ratings for this company before I bought it. Now, I see why.
