The earlier 'one star' review was spot on! THE ONLY POSI TIVE REVIEWS ARE REVIEWING THE SALES PITCH!!!' ADAM was great during the sales pitch, trash talking competitors. They are ripe for a class action law suit and I am a lawyer and ready.... Sadly I looked up reviews on competitors and they all seem the same. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!! ADAM SHAME ON YOU!! Is this what you want to contribute to this world??

Mr. Dignan, We regret any frustration that you have experienced however our policy does state “ It is Your responsibility to make sure that the Current Odometer reading is accurate as of the Purchase Date of this Contract….” Due to the inconsistency, we were not able to verify the correct mileage when you placed your claim therefore as a good faith gesture we refunded you the entire amount that you paid for the policy rather than a pro-rated refund. Great customer reps
David provided exceptional care throughout the process. From making himself available, talking me through the options and services, and following up to make sure everything went ok with the purchase. Solid first impression

Great experience with Adam!
I had a respectful and pleasant communication with Adam Rubenstein when figuring out what auto warranty plan works best for my situation. Adam was willing to work with my situation and took it upon himself to get approval from his boss.
