More like select Auto Fraud. Don’t buy policy from then for your own benefit. They run scam in the name of warranty services. I got tricked into buying car warranty from them. Just a year later I sold my car and asked for refund. They said I am charged 100$ a month as some industry practice and my refund was just 20% of the total amount. Even that amount has not been paid to me. I have been chasing since 2 months.

I paid $1950.00 for an extended warranty, 5 years or 40,000 miles. I was told that if I sold the car or cancelled the warranty I will be reimbursed on a pro rated basis. After 22 months and ~10,000 miles I sold the car and called for a refund. There was no refund because after 30 days they were charging a standard rate of $100.00 per day, meaning that my prorated refund would have only be good for 20 months. The person that sold me the warranty told me that I could cancel at any time before the time or the mileage expired, obviously a lie. I'm glad that I decided to wait for my "refund" before paying for an extended warranty for the car that I bought. NEVER AGAIN. I'm going to contact the BBB. Select Auto Protect currently holds an F rating with the BBB and is not accredited by the platform. The profile lists 19 complaints closed in the last three years, with 13 of those complaints closed within the last 12 months.
