Great product at a reasonable price. Top quality and well packaged. My old knifes were not so sharp and I had a casual way of handling them. Unpacking my new seido knife set, I accidentally cut myself several times; nothing serious. Sharpness of these knifes are second to none!

Bought a set of knives for over 500 dollars handles started to come apart and wouldn't replace I hand wash only some the knives started having pieces after first use. This is a garbage company that doesn't honor warranty and knowingly sells defective products.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand your frustration. Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but it does not extend to damage resulting from regular wear and tear or use over time. Since your purchase was made in 2023, and the issue appears to be due to normal usage, we’re unfortunately unable to replace the knives under warranty. You can review our full warranty policy here: https://seidoknives.com/pages/warranty. We appreciate your understanding and feedback, and we’ll be sure to share it with our quality team for review. – The Seido Knives Team ✨
