The shop is very clean. Always bright white and black checkers. The candy displays are so awesomely set up that it’s unbelievable. The workers are very courteous and kind, and offer you varieties of chocolate to taste. The candy is so Wonderful. There is over 100 different kinds to choose from, that is in the show case alone. The shelves are set up to show so many different things. I was there and every person who came in was welcomed. Also everyone was offered a sample right away. Yes chocolate has gone up,,, but what hasn’t. If you want very, very very very good chocolate this is where you go. If it’s someone special you buy it there. It’s not like a Reese’s peanut butter cup. That’s for sure. This was a Happy Valley Clackamas town center.

We received our 3 lb box of See's Candy which we had ordered for Christmas. But it was damaged during shipping. The See's Candy customer service department immediately replaced it and delivered it before Christmas! The next box arrived in time and the chocolates are as delicious as always. Thank you See's for your excellent service and for taking care of the problem in such an efficient manner.

Original Experience: My initial experience ordering from Sees was disappointing. After posting here CS Reps reached out to me and seemed genuinely concerned and focused on helping me. I did get an order placed (not for the candy I originally wanted but a decent alternative), the rep informed me about a discount I was previously unaware of so I saved almost $200, and she tried to get me the order by my drop dead date. So, all in all - although my first couple of interactions were not ideal the customer service since then has been relentlessly focused on fixing my experience. I have to conclude that my initial experience was an anomaly. I was determined to hold a grudge but they’ve won me over. I’m a fan and I’ll be a return customer.

My recent order shipped the same day and arrived a day ahead of schedule, and wow! the chocolates I selected for the Custom Mix--Milk Chocolate Pecan Buds and Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Patties--were super fresh and delicious--addictively so! Carefully prepared and boxed in a delightful red gift box. I'll be saving up to order again!

A new See's just opened in our neighborhood. Received a complimentary box of See's Fudge, boy is it good! Fresh and tastes like home-made. Thanks J.W.

best tasting candy none. they also have amazing personal customer service. when i was unhappy with the mix of chocolates i got they offered me a free replacement. Now thats class. they really care

I truly do not understand what is going on at See’s candy ! I hate to write a bad review because I absolutely love their candy and I buy a great deal of it ! I send a three pound box of candy to my elderly Aunt about every three months. The last few orders have been horrible !! They are nice on the phone but say there is nothing they can do. Order is placed and when my card is charged it says my order can’t be completed and I must speak to finance. There is nothing wrong with my card and I can’t even use a different card. When I call back they act like they are in on a secret and the objective is to keep me in the dark. Like I am a candy spy or that I am a horrible person who has been black balled ! Days of waiting and calling with no returned calls. This is somehow attached to my account like a red flag and they will not explain why. I am so sorry and frustrated because I just want my sweet aunt to get her much loved candy. I sure wish I could get this fixed. I just got a call from Johnnie Woods and she has worked very hard to get my account straightened out. We set up a subscription for future order to my Aunt. I feel comfortable that this problem has now been resolved. Thank you to See’s customer service.
