My family has been ordering from sees candy for over twenty years. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service this year! I ordered over $60 worth of candy and saw in the website that delivery may take a little longer due to covid. I placed my order on Dec 16 and it is now January 5th and supposedly my candy is arriving today. Just spoke to an extremely rude customer service rep. After over twenty years may not be ordering again. Very disappointed See’s.

I have bought sees candy for years. They advertised free shipping, I ordered a 1 lb. box and a 2 lb. box. They said shipping was free but charged me 25.00 dollars to ship both boxes to a single p.o. box. When I got the candy i noticed they no longer have the sheet that tells which candy is which. I think I can order cheaper candy that is just as good from someone else.

I’m a long time customer and have never had to complain before. I ordered three one pound boxes that were shipped UPS second day air. They just arrived almost 1week to the minute later! The bubble wrap was deflated, boxes obviously bounced around, chocolate “dust” all over the boxes. Dark chocolates look worse for the wear! These are my daughter’s favorite Christmas treat and are looking a little shabby this year. Very disappointed this year! S. Hannibal

Best Candy worst service! It's better to just go into the stores to get your order. I ordered an 11.05 oz box to be delivered for Mother's Day. I just found out it won't even ship until today (day after Mother's Day). I paid $15.98 in freight! When I asked for a refund I was told that I ordered on a Thursday and since they now use "hot weather" packaging, it couldn't ship until Monday. Had I known I wouldn't have place the order.

I went to the Torrance, CA discount store today at 22724 Hawthorne Blvd. I was not happy with customer service on 2 occasions the first visit last Sat, they were sold out of large Easter basket, sales clerk at pre packed line misinformed me, telling me not to call their 800 line that day around 4pm cause they close at 3pm. That was not true, I called in my car in their parking lot and a live person helped me place my order. Today I didnt like how I was treated by asian lady floor sales clerk. I'm filipino, she was looking at me funny when I asked her if they had certain items. She told me laughing all sold out, no apology or sign of kind or friendliness. She did not suggest any replacement items. When I witnessed how she helped a caucasian lady, it was quite different. She apologized her item was sold out but she suggested something else.

I was very disappointed and sees candy this time I ordered some stuff from freezer it was just one piece but whoever delivered it looked a mangy and dirty and they threw it at my front door and half the chocolates are broken in it I’ve never had sees candy delivered like that before I’m surprised but I’m gonna think about it before I ever do it again I’m sorry sees I love you but I didn’t appreciate having my stuff just thrown at my front door and nobody let me know they didn’t knock getting ring the doorbell they just swabbed away and I saw this who did dirty old person walking away like they were an interested

The candy is the best, the customer service leaves much to be desired. They take forever to ship. It’s taking two weeks to ship a pound of candy from California to Virginia. Is it being sent via stage coach?
