Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn you have been disappointed with our product on more than one occasion. We can assure you that our policy is one which hopes that everything about See’s Candy will be a happy experience, for all of our customers. We do have a shelf life code on our boxes that is constantly checked; therefore we are at a loss to determine what exactly occurred. As our candy has no added preservatives it is best consumed within 3-4 weeks after receiving it. We would like to contact you via telephone to obtain more details about the matter.
