As others have complained about, I made two orders on March 26th, they charged my credit card on 27th and then closed without refund or delivery. UPDATE called Sees Corporate got a person. Was called back within an hour and informed my CC was reimbursed today. They were very apologetic

I love See's candies but would like to have some caramels in the box of mixed pieces

Just not as good as when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s. I was travelling in Los Angeles last week and treated myself to a box of the milk chocolate and a box of the Little Pops. The milk chocolates were oddly bland and didn't have the same fresh quality that I recall from my youth. I tossed the box away after sampling three of the candies. Bummer because I hate to waste my money on something I thought was going to be amazing. The Little Pops were strange. Most of the candies were not all the same size; most of them were really small and several of the packs were empty! Ugh!! Anyway, I think I'll stick to Nestle's, Cadbury's and Hershey's for my chocolate needs.

I recently placed an order to send candy out to a friend who is graduating college. I wanted to personalize it with a greeting so she'd know who this was from. Not only did the order arrive 2 days late, but there was no card, note, greeting, or anything enclosed with the order after I'd specifically requested this be Included. I contacted customer service and they apologized but did not refund my shipping fees.
