Securus Contact Systems has helped me get back to my family. It’s allowed me to go to my children’s events without worrying about having to answer the phone. very happy with this service. we are a small family run business and not always able to answer the phone. its so nice to have a live person answer instead of getting a voicemail. when they do take a message we get a very clear text and email with the information. very pleased and worth the $

We’ve been so happy with this service! We cannot explain the burden this removes for a company that runs a 24 hour emergency service! Now we can focus on the company and they help answer the incoming calls!
