I have used this company for a few years. I have had dozens of calls not answered, multiple complaints from customers because their calls were not answered. I would never recommend them to any one.

Do not use this company. We tried them for a month, at the end of the billing cycle I sent the sales person an email stating my dissatisfaction with the service, as I had complaints from my clients. Stating they could not even get my company name right. One client informed me that they would not have used our company if I had not called them back with a follow up. They state that they do a good job but fail to provide. I am now being charged for a month of service that I did not use at all. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! They are looking into they say but from my point of view there is nothing to look into. I should have read the reviews online. Best I can say is they have a good sales pitch but thats as far as it goes with the company. Once they have you information they will bill you whether you use the service or not. I will be filling compliants with the bbb and the state authorities in which the reside as well. I predict they will have the same response that the posted on all the compliants posted on the site.

Horrible non-responsive service. Cost my business thousands in missed calls. Beware there is a 30 day cancelation period so they can get one last payment out of you.

SO, after they asked me to call them (this would be the 5th or 6th time) because they "would like the opportunity to resolve this issue immediately", I called them back and since no one was available to help me at that time, they scheduled a call with me this morning at 9am to "resolve" the over-billing. It's now 4:15pm, and no call. Damn, I wish negative stars were available for a rating...

Can't tell time. We hired this company to answer our inbound calls when we couldn't. We gave them a calendar to book appointments on and a tutorial on how to use the calendar. We have set appt times of 10,1,4 and 7... and the appointment slots are labeled as such. We've had issues with them telling people the wrong times. We've tried to work with them on "retrains" as they call them over the course of a few months. Every time, they promised it would get better. And they say they've had everyone review the materials and process and it looks fine to them. Recently they did the same on 4 out of the last 5 calls. Their solution - retrain again (at least 4th or 5th time) , offer a "minor" credit, then retreat to hiding behind agreements that apparently allow them to be incompetent. This isn't even about the $ we paid to Securus. It's about the experience they are giving our customers.

Dont use them! This company is one of the worst companies in the world! I have tolled them for months to stop charging me and they wont stop. Horrible costumer service and just all around horrible business

They lied to me about service contract. I was only able to afford a 50 minute plan. They still charged me for 800 minutes. Most of was telemarketers . They just let it run. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!! They will not return your calls ever. Save your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SECURUS CONTACT SYSTEMS> WARNING!!!!

This company has taken over a $1000 out of my account. I Speak to my love one maybe 1 to 2 times a day on average. Max 3 times A-day and I am being charged 14 to 19 times in A-day. Same transaction being duplicated or tripled. I cannot get a hold of a live person in customer service instead they want me to fill out a form with 3 disputes on it. well my disputes are every single day. multiple transactions over the last 3 months. I feel horrible because I want to stop all calls from coming in. Which is not my loved ones fault. Why should he go with out. So instead I have to pay twice as much to talk to mine. I will continue to write reviews. trying to reach anyone about my account. If anyone could help that would be more than appreciated.
