This answering service is great! They do a tremendous job answering the calls with professionalism and accuracy every time. My customers do not even realize that this is a service, they think it is just a new sales person in the office! I would recommend them to anyone that needs a little help capturing those phone calls!

Excellent answering service. Delivery of messages is very convenient. We are a restoration company and had high call volume during hurricane Florence. Thanks to SECURUS, we did not miss a single call.

Securus has been a life saver for me. They have saved me money because I no longer need to hire a full time office manager. When my new part-time office manager leaves, Securus answers the calls, sends them to my cell and the office email, and either I or the office manager can answer them when we get a minute. The caller gets to talk with a real person, the messages are accurate and concise, and everybody is happy. Love them!!

Having a name like "Perfection Traffic Control" and being an emergency response service open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Securus Contact Systems gives you a peace of mind like no other. We very much appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that our customers believe they are speaking with our own office. They are very easy to work with making any changes when necessary, transferring calls, and getting detailed information when taking messages. We are grateful to have found such a service as Securus.
