I have been using this company for over a year. I would highly recommend Securus Contact Systems. Any concerns that arise are addressed and corrected promptly. All I need to do is call, press 1 and be greeted by a caring person on the other end. I don't have time to baby sit and make sure it's corrected like I had to do with my former answer service. After I address an issue I can relax and know it's handled. Thanks guys for a great job.

This company is very professional! And I get a lot of compliments from customers who call in that have to talk with them! Nothing but great things to say about Securus. And the staff is always friendly when I have any questions at all.

I've been a small business owner answering my own phone for over 30 years. It was a VERY scary thing to turn the phones over, but now that I have, I can't believe I waited as long as I did. The customer service that Securus offers is absolutely second to none! You REALLY need to at least give Securus a shot... And if you don't agree with my assessment you can always go back to the craziness of answering your own phone, but I know you're going to be asking yourself the same question I keep asking myself... Why did I wait so long? - I'm just sayin :-)
