We've used SecurUs for a couple of years now and we wouldn't make ANY changes. Their billing, customer service, set up, and message process is a breeze! Highly recommended to others already and will continue to recommend going forward

I am truly impressed with the professionalism Securus handles our calls. Never realized how much I needed their services!

I switched to Securus from another vendor when I found out that vendor was putting clients on hold and billing me, causing me to lose potential customers. Securus has been excellent. Their transparency is refreshing, even calling once to save me some money on my bill. More importantly, their team makes my small law firm seem like a big law firm. Clients rave about how good my "secretaries" are. I had a court call today with a somewhat sticky issue, Kris had her calmed down and laughing by the time she got to me. They are worth every penny and Im glad I made the switch.

Always get great feedback from potential clients, as it relates to the call center agents... Keep up the good work. You guys make me look good!!!

After trying multiple answering services, I finally found Securus. They are friendly, professional, and responsive in a way that most companies simply aren't. Note well: Securus Contact Systems is not the same company as Securus Technologies.

My company and I have been using Securus for over 3 years now, we are very happy and honored to work along with them. Whenever I have a question they are more than happy to sincerely listen to my needs. Today I placed a call with a couple of questions and I had the pleasure to work along with Vicky, she sure is one of your top key employees, she represents the company professionally and cares for the customer equally. Thank you Securus for allowing my quality time back in my life that the phones were stealing from me. PDM

Brandon is the best employee Securus has!!!! Actually, everyone has been very kind. However, Brandon went above and beyond to help with making a very satisfied customer. Brandon and Securus is the best thing that has ever happened to my law practice. Thanks Brandon!!!!!!!
