We decided after much debate to give the service a try since we recently had lost our Receptionist. We thought it would be temporary until we got a new receptionist. The service works so well, and the people answering the phone are so well liked by our clients, that we decided not to hire a receptionist at all and allow Securus to provide virtual reception going forward. You owe it to your business to try it.

I was apprehensive at first, I assumed the receptionist position was best handled internally. After subscribing to Securus I know now that I was mistaken. Securus has been amazing and they are more professional than anyone I ever employed, not to mention the tremendous savings and piece of mind. They are 24hrs and messages are delivered without issue.

Having an overflow receptionist was one of the best decisions we made going into 2019. No more trying to get to checking voicemails, no more clients having to leave voicemails, and almost immediate response to clients we couldn't get to during the initial call. The people answering the phones do a great job!
