We were looking for a phone service to catch the extra calls while we were on the phone already so our customers talked to a person and not our voice mails. They take down the information we asked them to gather and they try to transfer the customer through to us using the list we made when we first set up our account with them. It makes it really easy to call customers back and if they reach us they make the transfer very smooth. They are always willing to help with any updates and questions our company has as well. They sound very kind over the phone which is what we wanted for our customers.
