I called a Buissness and was so impressed by the person answering. When I inquired as to whom answered I was told it was from Securis so I immediately contacted them and signed up. I am grateful that I found such a good company also very reasonable with price. They have been a great asset to me and my company.

I've outsourced the majority of our inbound call volume to SECURUS--- just a little over 3 years or so. I haven't the need to look any further for the solutions they offer.They have an excellent team of personnel!!!!

I have owned a Servpro Franchise for 15 years. We did not have Securus when we started in 2005 but when we were unsatisfied with our previous answering service we gave Securus a try. Since we gave Securus our business, I have never had an issue with any calls we received from our customers who call after hours. Being able to have text message and email alerts come to our phone immediately insures that we never miss a call, never have issues with inncorect information and are able to contact those customers who call after hours back within minutes. The staff and operators at Securus are polite to my staff and my customers as well and represent my company to callers in a professional and friendly manner. Securus provides the best after hours answering service I've experienced.

I have had great success with this company to handle my phone calls when I am tied up on a job or will be out of my phone service area for a few hours or days. They send an email with the customer details to my inbox and I have the ability to prioritize return calls when I can get back to them. They have helped retain customers in this way when they would otherwise just get a voicemail. I have had several customers commend me on my phone service being very courteous and professional.
