Could not be happier with Securus. Never had any issues with call drop or slow connection. Very easy to work with to set up service and handle changes to call screening along the way. Highly highly recommend.

We never thought an answering service would work well for us, but we decided to give Securus a try. So glad we did! Customer service has been excellent. We are impressed with how they speak with potential customers who call us after hours. They use our script and are professional and courteous. Using Securus has taken some of the stress off us, being a small family business with only one person to answer the phone and be on-call 24/7. It's great to have the freedom to run an errand in the middle of the day or actually take a day off once a week from answering the phone, knowing that Securus is there to take our calls. We highly recommend them!
