Ive had this service for about 6 months. Not once have I had an issue with the service. In fact I think with their help my sales have gone up 30%! My customers are very pleased to talk with "the people in my office" that I never tell that its my service.

We've been with Securus for a couple years now and they are very easy to work with and take constructive criticism very well. Jennifer is the best. She is always on top of our account and makes edits & adjustments as needed in a timely manner.

I work in rural Missouri where cell service Can be spotty at best. I miss calls and don't even know I've missed them which means lost work, money, and clientele. This service has eliminated this problem so the monthly investment is always paying for itself!

Phone answering service has always been satisfactory. Now the billing issues were concerning me because i don't need the service often; however, they are willing to work with me on a monthly basis to assure i'm getting the best plan for my needs, based on usage. Very pleased with this, since most services have a flat rate package.

Excellent Company! I have been using their services for several years. I started with only my main business phone but loved the service so much that I switch my personal voicemail to their service. Doing this made us so much more responsive to our customers. Customers love the quick response.
