Worst gift card ever it is locked and do not know why, hate this gift card and wish who bought it did not, do not get it

THESE THIEVES ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHEN YOU CALL, THEY ASK FOR YOUR CARD INFO SO THEY CAN STEAL YOUR FUNDS LATER WHILE YOU ARE ASLEEP THEY STOLE MINE 2:43 AM 3/25/25 $150.00 THE REPRESENTATIVE ASKED FOR THE EXPIRATION AND CVC CODE TO MY CARD I ASKED FOR WHAT HE NEEDED ALL THAT FOR HE STATED TO SEE IF IT'S ACTIVATED. HE WAITED TILL I WAS SLEEP 2:43 THAT MORNING TO STEAL MY $150.00 DON'T BY THIS CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I PROMISE THEY WILL REAP EVERYTHING THEY ARE SOWING!!! VEGENCE IS MINE THUS SAID THE LORD! I would leave NO stars if this card IS useless and cannot be used anywhere online or in person it’s useless. Why aren’t these people in jail!!? FDIC, comptroller's office, attorney general, governor's office get office your ass and arrest the thieves!!

I purchase this card and it was hacked that night with an online gambling purchase for almost the total amount of the card. I called to alert the company right away for the unauthorized purchase. They took my information to report a fraud case. The online portal says it will be resolved in two months. Totally Unacceptable!!!!! I want my money back as I am traveling and that was my cash. The online website is always crashing and to customer phone lines are down or say the card number is incorrect again and again. Total scam product and not sure how it can be associated with VISA name. I suggest the company issues a pin to card purchaser to verify/ authorize purchases. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau next.

I would leave a negative if possible and these are the same people that regulate Facebook the meta corp if that makes you feel better. This card is useless and Cannot be used anywhere online or in person it’s useless . Why aren’t these people in jail !!? They don't work in any website, they are advertised as ready to use in most websites but they aren't, all transactions get declined and when you call customer service they only say that is due to security reasons that happens, they don't offer any solution just to try it somewhere else even though they aren't sure it'll work.

Got robbed. Scam cards.....don't waste your money. My money dissapped 1st day ..

I give this a zero but had to give it a 1 to write my review. You people have scammed tons of people out of money including me. As the others said I put money on the card kept trying to use it and kept declining it. Finally accepted less than a dollar transaction and when I tried using it again declined declined declined. If you call the 01 833 number on the back of the card it gives you the run around. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CARD SCAM SCAM SCAM
