Hi Emil, Thank you for sharing this, and we are really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to realise there is an issue with your address and then not receive a timely response, especially when it is something that should be quick to resolve. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your message clearly matters, and we would like to help you sort this out as soon as possible. Could you please reach out to us again via our support channel with your order details, or let us know how we can contact you directly? We will make sure this is followed up properly. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, Secrid

Dear VJ, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful reflection. It is great to hear that the craftsmanship and attention to detail stood out right away, that is something we put a lot of care into throughout the entire making process here in the Netherlands. We are also glad the mechanism feels smooth and reliable in daily use, as that balance between functionality and slim design is at the heart of what we aim to create. Your words about the blend of style and performance truly mean a lot to us and to everyone involved in making the wallet. Kind regards, Secrid

Dear Dan, Thanks for sharing this so honestly. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Losing cards is incredibly frustrating, especially when you expect your wallet to keep them secure. It’s also clear that having the mechanism replaced multiple times without solving the issue has been disappointing, and we understand why that’s shaken your trust. What you’re describing isn’t how our Card Protector is meant to perform. The mechanism should hold cards firmly in place, even when the wallet isn’t upright. We’d really like to look into this with you and find a proper solution, whether that’s a more thorough inspection or a different replacement. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team through [email protected] so we can help resolve this for you. Your feedback is important to us as we continue improving our products and making them as reliable as they’re meant to be. Hope to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Secrid
